Woo hoo! Yee haw! Boy howdy!

I got my computer back, and it's got all new guts! They didn't even hafta delete my hard drive to do it. Apparently, my motherboard, my RAM, my wi-fi switch (I have a little toggle switch that turns on my wireless card), and my CD drive all went on the blink, all at once. They replaced everything, and the old girl is kickin' it even better than she used ta! Good on ya, Geek Squad!

Although it took longer than I'd have liked, those guys really came through! I still stand by extended warranties (on computers, at least) - they saved my hiney this time, for sure.

Julia and I are getting ready to move at the end of next month, and I've been emailing back and forth with an apartment locator. Kinda boring, but I've never used an agent before, so it's also kinda interesting, if only because I ain't never used one o' dem fancy-pants folks before.

I also got a cool older game for my PS2 that is surprisingly good. It's called Kingdom Hearts, and it squashes together Final Fantasy role-playing with Disney characters. Yes, Disney. I was a bit worried about the cheese factor, but whenever a new Disney character appears onscreen I find myself getting all giddy and stupid and I have to slap Julia on the leg to make her watch. She loves it, I swear. And, like, whatever...because Donald and Goofy FIGHT like badgers in it, and that's awesome, no matter what YOU say.

Yeah, I'm done.

Yay! The blog's alive again!

  1. Whatever, I'm only watching that shit for the sparkly Disney stained glass scenes. I'm a total sucker for pretty colors.

I'd much rather watch you beat roaches to death with dog toys anyday...oh, wait, what I mean is: UGH! THAT WAS REVOLTING!
